My daughter had to get a cavity filled and I was nervous as she had a bad experience at a previous office. Doctor G and staff were so amazing with her and did not get impatient and stern with her Iike at the other office, they stopped and made sure she was ok and took the time to make sure she wasn't scared when she started to cry a bit. She did great because of the care they showed her and explained everything they were doing to her teeth using kid friendly verbiage. He explained things to me and made recommendations, not pushing me one way or the other which was refreshing. The office also tells me the cost before my visit or during if anything extra comes up which is great. So far we have had a great experience, I recommend Smile Squad to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Our first visit to this office was for a second opinions and hopes to switch here long term since they take our dental insurance after our dentist dropped our plan. The doctor and hygienist were wonderful. Efficient and quick. Understood the child’s anxiety in that setting. Front desk has room for improvement! I was texted and called to move my appointment up for my children. I very explicitly expressed that I could try to make it but I explained that I would 100% be late! They expressed this would NOT be an issue. The receptionist tried to turn me away due to the 10 minute policy. While this is understandable, my original appointment was moved to convenience them but did not convenience me. This left a bad taste since this was the offices request. I did not request an earlier appointment. I hope our future encounters can be more positive.

Our experience with Smile Squad Pediatric Dentistry was amazing thanks to Kirsten! She was so sweet and very patient with my son. She explained him about everything she was going to do in an easy and fun way so he wasn't nervous at all. We will definitely come back.

Such friendly helpful staff. Very well equipped for kids. Flexible with our schedule and able to take us right away. They were also great about sending reminders for our upcoming appointments.

I cannot recommend Smile Squad Pediatric Dentist enough! They truly went above and beyond my expectations from the moment I scheduled the first appointment. They were so accommodating with our schedule and even managed to book my kids together, which is a huge help for a busy parent. The atmosphere they’ve created is actually fun—not just for the kids, but for the parents, too! I loved that I was able to stay right by my daughter’s side the entire time. The dentist was so sweet and gentle, and the assistants were so fun and interactive. My daughter was actually excited to go back for her second appointment, even though it was to get a filling (lol!). It was also really cool to see their Solea Laser dentistry in action. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I definitely would!
